Monica J. Isaacs has an extensive background in fashion, public relations, and marketing.

Prior to co-founding Styleyes, Monica managed Olive and Bette’s, a fast-paced women’s contemporary clothing boutique on New York City’s Upper West Side. There she managed the company’s flagship retail location while styling some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry such as Kelly Ripa, Glenn Close, Joan Allen, and Paige Turco to name a few. Monica’s people skills and fashion sense enabled her to double the boutique’s annual revenues — from $2.5 million to $5 million — in only one year.

Prior to joining Olive and Bette’s, Monica was VP of Communications for Zilo Networks, a cutting-edge media and marketing company that targets the young adult market. During her 5 1/2 year tenure at Zilo, she created PR and marketing strategies to gain national exposure for the company and worked with clients ranging from Glamour Magazine to Atlantic Records to American Idol and celebrities including Madonna, Jared Leto, and Michelle Branch.

Monica began her career at Jensen Communications, a Pasadena-based PR firm that specializes in music, art, and politics. She started as an intern and quickly rose to Senior Publicist, where she represented and managed a diverse client roster that included Carlos Santana; Counting Crows; Crosby, Stills and Nash; Ultimate Fighting Championships (UFC); Sunset Strip’s Key Club, and comedian Paul Rodriguez.

Currently, Monica lives in Manhattan with her husband David, daughter Maya, dog Molly, and cat Van.

Monica’s clients adore her ability to find them beautiful classic styles while always keeping them fresh and contemporary.
